Description
Surface treatment screw type chillers. Specially used in industrial surface treatment field, acid copper plating, galvanization plating, tin plating, silver plating, chrome plating, and electrophoresis etc. The evaporator is made of Titanium alloy, which is acid and alkali-resistant, liquid can be poured into evaporator directly, no need for other exchange devices. Adopt famous brand twin-screw compressor, flooded dedicated, high efficient flooded evaporator, refrigerant average plate at the inlet of evaporator, imported high quality electronic expansion valve, a flexible optimization of temperature is produced in the process of refrigerant evaporation boiling, with such a perfect matching, the energy efficiency ratio is up to 5.8 or more. Heat recovery function can be added to provide domestic hot water, temperature up to 55^oC.
Except R22, Environment friendly refrigerant R134A or R407C can be selected.
